Vision

Charlotte Griffin founded milk​leaf in 2020 as a multifaceted dance laboratory and production platform to:

1.

​Meet the ever changing aesthetic, technical, and logistical needs of artistic creation and performance.

2.

​Support the creation and preservation of works by Griffin, collaborators, and additional dance artists with an emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration.

3.

​Foster justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices and everyday activities by creating transparency in fee structures, annual and project budgets, and diversity matrices.

4.

Generate sustainable models of employment to preserve the physical and emotional wellbeing of the creative work force.

5.

​Engage communities through unique presentation modes, outreach activities, and partnerships.
